acorn solutions was founded by Don Furseth who has worked in research, product development, engineering, product management, marketing, and senior management roles for companies such as Creo Inc. (now Kodak), MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates, RADARSAT International  (now MDA Corporation), and Andronic Technologies (now Du Pont).  He has also helped a number of smaller enterprises in roles up to VP.  Don received his BASc in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia in 1986, a Masters of Engineering from Simon Fraser University, and continuing studies in Business, Product Management, and various technical areas.
